99 Restaurants Inspired Butternut Squash Recipe #GlutenFree

Butternut-Squash-1One of my all time favorite places to eat here is New England is 99 Restaurants. I have been a long time fan of the chain and even have a hard time keeping the name straight. It used to be called Pub 99, but they dropped that and went for a more family friendly appeal. Just about everything on their menu is delicious and always priced reasonably! They have amazing cole slaw, and their seasonal butternut squash veggie side is way too good!

I have been getting their butternut squash for years, and love to eat it with their Country Fried Chicken and Steak! It is so good that it inspired me to try and replicate it at home. While I do not know exactly what is it their butternut squash, I am happy to say that my 99 Restaurants Inspired Butternut Squash came out spectacular!

I am such a fan of sweet potato, and squash purees! I am actually kicking myself that I didn’t make all my kids baby foods when they were younger (only my son’s).
