- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of white sugar
- 2 ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup of melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Lightly grease your Sweet Creations Mini Loaf Pan
In a large bowl, stand mixer, or blender, mix your powdered ingredients, and then add your remaining ingredients, and thoroughly combine them.
Evenly divide batter into each mini loaf section
Bake for 18-20 minutes
When cooled, slice, or wrap with parchment paper for gifting.
