Perfect Christmas Cookie: Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
“Thanks to BlueStar for sponsoring today’s delicious cookie recipe. All views expressed are that of our own”
Today we had our first snow here in New England. It was much sooner than we expected and quite the surprise! After church and some errands I just wanted to head home, put on my slippers and start baking. I recently received this awesome Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe from former Top Chef contestant and well renowned Chef Ryan Scott.
Chocolate Chips cookies are such a wonderful cookie to prepare and bake because there are just so many variations of this American classic. From chunky chocolate chips cookies, to the chewy and gooey variety–I don’t discriminate. My only compliant is, I wish I had a better, and more functional stove so I could make all three batches at once.
Honestly, my dream stove would have to be BlueStar Gas Range in the color River. With their Extra Large Oven Capacity, and over 750 custom color options who wouldn’t want one of these dream ovens? I could fit an industrial sized baking sheet in a Bluestar oven, and make all three batches of Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies in minutes. The fact that every BlueStar appliance is handmade in Reading Pennsylvania just makes them that more desirable!
Check out these beautiful ovens! They are soo perfect for the serious home chef that loves to cook! I don’t think I’d ever want to order take out again because I know I would have a blast with any BlueStar appliance. What other cooking range features an indoor charbroiler, or salamander broiler add on?
I am adding BlueStar ranges to my personal Christmas wishlist for Santa..hopefully I can be good enough to get one under my Christmas tree! I’m sure santa will love a plate of these Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies with some milk…these should totally win him over!!
