Easy Ways To Get Omega 3s In Your Diet

Now that I am officially on a keto diet, it is super important that I am reaching my nutritional goals. I have been trying to eat a balanced, high-fat diet that consists of things like nuts, chia, seeds, proteins, and cheese.
