The fall is my favorite time of year because I love to cook yummy foods and fill my home with delicious scents.
I am all about easy meals, but especially ones that provide my family with a warm and tasty dinner. One thing I love to do is balance my meals. We might have a lighter main dish but a rich side. Everything in moderation, right?
Have you ever tried riced cauliflower? I think it is so good and has so many flavorful possibilities. Right now, the sometimes overlooked veggie is making a comeback thanks to the Birds Eye Veggie Made Meals I purchased at Walmart.
Their all-new Birds Eye Veggie Made Chicken Fried Riced Cauliflower comes in a family-friendly, 21 ounce size and can be found conveniently at your local Walmart store. Located in the frozen meals aisle, this easy dinner meal is also priced right!

This little boy right here is the pickiest eater ever! While he does love traditional fried rice, he would never knowingly eat cauliflower rice. But, this meal was so good that he didn’t even notice!
Now that is major mom win!
For the Chicken Fried Riced Cauliflower, simply add some oil to a skillet to pan-fry with the included sauce. The meal browns up nicely (in 15 minutes), and you can hardly tell you are getting a mouthful of veggies versus rice or pasta (depending on the meal)!

That is such a great way to sneak veggies in for a picky eater or just plain cut out empty carbs. I have to give this a try.
My husband is not a fan of Cauliflower but I think I might have him try this he might like it!
I love riced cauliflower! This looks really delicious. I need to look for it the next time I’m out.
Riced cauliflower is a great side dish. I’d prefer this over plain riced cauliflower.
Great review! I’m going grocery shopping tomorrow. Can’t wait to try this!
This looks really good! Would love to give this a try!
What a great recipe. Our family has just started using riced cauliflower with our meals. It is hard to tell the difference between regular rice especially when it is well seasoned.
This looks like such a healthy meal opton. I would have to opt out of the chicken since I am meatless now but this look good.
What a great way to get your veggies in and eat healthier as well. I love that kids are willing to eat it too!
