Eggland’s Best Brinner Party & Parmesan Cheese Bacon, Egg, & Onion Scramble Recipe
We recently had the opportunity to host an Eggland’s Best Brinner Party with some of our close family. It was a fun experience that gave us each the chance to spend some silly, goofy, and productive quality time together. Cooking with kids is always a fun, and interesting experience, but worth every moment. Our family had a blast making a new dish based on what we had in the fridge. In the end, our Parmesan Cheese, Bacon, Egg, & Onion Scramble Recipe was so delicious!
The generous folks sent us quite the entertaining package loaded with fun Eggland’s Best cooking gear, and swag. We received a branded apron, whisk, 6 plush eggs, spatulas, and coupons to pass out to family members, and party guests. The plush eggs were probably the biggest hit amongst my children because they swiped them up, and started to have fun. These eggs really brought out their goofy, and silly sides.Did you know that Eggland’s Best Eggs, or “EB” were voted product of the year in the egg category? This is no big surprise to us because we always stock up when these eggs are on sale. We love the fact that these eggs maintain their freshness longer, and they are packed with essential vitamins. They even have Cage-Free eggs, which are a hit amongst a lot of my family.
The reason for our “Brinner” party was to have fun and possibly create an original recipe for the Eggland’s Best 2nd Edition Your Best Recipe Contest. One winner will win a whopping $10,000. You can enter up to two recipes in each of the four categories. One winner in each category will be awarded $1,000, but the grand prize winner takes it all. Submission will be accepted now-July 31st-so there is plenty of time to get cooking! We are going to submit our scramble recipe, and we are sitting on a dessert idea.
My kids had a blast making our Parmesan Cheese, Bacon, Egg, & Onion Scramble. It was sort of like a deconstructed omelet, but much easier to make. At least with this, there is no worry that the omelet will break! I am such a terrible omelet chef!
