The past few weeks the stomach bug and cold germs have spread through my home like wildfire.
There is nothing like getting knocked off your typically strong feet by a sore throat or upset stomach. I am just thankful that we were all able to enjoy Thanksgiving without being sick to our stomachs. I guess that really was the silver lining of our mini germ fest that came and went!
My little peanut, Khloe, got the worst of the bug as usual. She was born a preemie and had a rough start at life which leads her to be super susceptible to viruses and sickness. She even had to miss 2 full days of school because she was not feeling well.
I truly hate giving my kids over the counter, conventional meds unless they have a fever. I was trying some thrive essential oils and fluids but the sickness has already taken over my child.
She complained of an upset stomach, and sore throat so I told her to rest in bed and watch some tv. Then, just like that, I thought about the box the delivery man had left on my porch earlier in the week–the one with the natural way to soothe a sore throat or upset stomach inside.
So I got the bags, grabbed my camera and headed upstairs to take some pics.
Trust me, blogger life has its ups and downs. My daughter was NOT a happy camper that I was documenting her lethargic self in bed. But, I think someday she will appreciate how I have documented her little life highlights.
Since she refused to eat the crackers I had set out and was puking all morning I thought the Tumeez would be a great product to start with.
I gave her one pop which she awkwardly accepted. She was seriously perplexed as to why I would offer her what she seemingly thought was candy.
…Mom must be going crazy..right? That is probably what she thought in her little head, but really I had a good motive!
You see, these Tumeez pops are like no other and taste amazing ( I know because I tried a few)! They are organic tummy soothing pops that contain organic honey, and 2o0 mg of calcium carbonate which all naturally work together to help settle even the most upset bellies. Khloe is featured with the apple variety.
Lolleez Pops are made with organic honey and natural fruit pectin which go to work to soothe even the sorest little throat.
My son was also able to try the Lolleez and he was very pleased with how they soothed his irritated throat. Of course, they didn’t heal it, but they provided the right kind of comfort he needed to get by.
Did you know that Lolleez are made with USDA Certified Organic ingredients that you can pronounce and understand, like organic honey and natural fruit pectin. They are also gluten, dairy and nut free. The pops are made in a worry-free shape – Lolleez are flat and on a stick versus a round ball, which is a potential choking hazard. Lolleez comes in three delicious kid (and adult) friendly flavors:Watermelon, Strawberry and Orange Mango.
Khloe enjoyed two pops in a 2-hour span and was feeling much better than before. She was able to get out of bed and play with her toys like usual.
While she was still a little weak, the combination of these pops did, in fact, help her belly to feel more calm.
As a parent of 3 young children, I wish I had these products sooner.
We all know how hard it is to bring comfort to a sick child, but Lolleez and Tumeez really are a parent’s best friend!
