Berry Orange Smoothie: Start Your Day Off Right!
Did you enjoy a better for you breakfast today? I know when I skip breakfast I feel miserable, mean, sluggish. My day really starts out on the right foot when I nourish my body before tackling my to-do list. Making a simple smoothie is one of my favorite morning fuel options so I wanted to share this easy Berry Orange Smoothie to help you start your day off right.
Truthfully, I use to be a plain milk kind of girl in the morning. Then, my taste buds changed (yes, that is a real thing) and I became a juice & smoothie enthusiast. I love smoothies in the morning because I can literally use up the fruits, and veggies I have in the fridge. Smoothies are mega versatile. They can be made with milk, juice, ice, and sometimes yogurt for extra protein.
Today’s Berry Orange Smoothie contains both milk and juice. Since I am looking to cut down on added sugar in my diet, I prefer Trop50 juice beverage. Besides have a unique, easy to pour bottle, Trop50 has 50% less sugar and calories vs traditional oj.
It is made from fresh oranges, provides 100% of your vitamin C needs and has no artificial sweetener.
