Winter days in New England can be so dreary, grey, and cold. I am not a huge fan of the winter season and sort of wish we could skip this season altogether. On chilly days like these, there is nothing more I love than sitting down to work with a cup of Bigelow Vanilla Chai Tea. It is so delicious, and pairs well with the Red &White Chocolate Chunk Cookies I recently made with with Truvia® natural sweetener– just in time for Valentine’s Day!
If you have not tried Bigelow Tea, man are you missing out! It is available at my favorite retailer which happens to be Target. Available in a ton of flavors, it is the perfect way to start the New Year off on a healthier footing.
By consuming more antioxidant rich Bigelow Tea, you can totally nix your soda habit, and bask in the many benefits of drinking tea. Plus, you can save $.55/1 when you download out this Bigelow Tea coupon.
When I recently visited my local Target store, I also picked up some Truvia® natural sweetener. My family shamefully consumes way too much conventional sugar, and I decided it was time to switch to a natural alternative.
The Truvia® Baking Blend was the most appropriate product for us since I bake a storm in the winter months. Plus, thanks to Target Cartwheel, I was able to save 10% off my Truvia® purchase!
If you haven’t tried Truvia® yet, you can request a free sample.
Since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, I thought it would be great to make some Red & White Chocolate Chunk Cookies Made with Truvia®.
I colored them red to make them a bit more seasonal, and served them with some delicious Bigelow Vanilla Chai Tea–what an awesome combo!
Our Red & White Chocolate Chunk Cookies Made with Truvia® baked up perfectly, and were such a hit with my kids! They tasted just like conventional chocolate chip cookies, and are perfect for Valentine’s Day!

Oh yum the cookies look delicious, and pairing with that tea sounds like heaven! Thanks for the tasty idea!
Truvia is my favorite sugar substitute. It doesn’t have that weird taste that some of the other natural sweeteners have.
I have never tried vanilla chai but totally want to. Both the cookies and the chai sound amazing. Thanks for sharing.
We love to bake, especially cookies and these look so good. I have not baked with Truvia but would like to.

Those cookies sound so good! I love the chai- I have a cup of it in the afternoon almost every single day- so creaming and delicious with a bit of milk!
I have never seen or heard of something like this, but it looks really yummy!
I’ve seen Truvia, but I’d assumed it was another artificial sweetener, didn’t realize it was a natural alternative to cane sugar. I will have to check it out.
These cookies are so adorable and they look delicious! #client
