I usually like to enjoy my Vermont White Cheddar Mac & Cheese with a delicious and refreshing fruit parfait. Fruit parfaits are a great way to create a well-balanced snack. I love them with all sorts of fruit, but today’s recipe is a simple, but tasty concoction that is loaded with antioxidants.
- 1/2 cup Greek or Vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 small kiwi-peeled and cut up
- 6 Blackberries
- Chia seeds are optional
To make this better for you snack, simply add your fruit to your yogurt! You can make these ahead of time for school or work lunches too!
