You must have the right kinds of food on-hand and in sight. For me that means having a refrigerator stocked with fruits, veggies, lean meats, and low-fat cheeses.
Why cheese you wonder?
Well, the truth is, I think I could achieve my ultimate body goals if I didn’t love cheese so much. I am a “cheese, please kind” of girl. I love it…alone, in my salads, and on my sandwiches. Cheese just has a way of making everything better. Sadly, most of the kinds I enjoy do not love me back and are high in calories and fat.

Weight Watchers® Friendly Chicken Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 2 ounces grilled chicken
- 1 Weight Watchers® Jalapeno Cheddar String cheese sliced into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- 9 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 small avocado sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- This salad hardly requires instructions since you basically mix all the ingredients in one bowl and plate them! The olive oil, lime juice, and pepper make the simple, zesty dressing. You can also add red onion to this for even more flavor! You get a full belly with so much tongue tantalizing flavor.
