Grilled Peaches with Honey & Ricotta: A Healthier Tailgating Dessert

- 5 peaches halved with seed removed
- 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 15 ounce package ricotta
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons walnuts
Heat grill to medium heat and add butter.
Place halved peaches cut side down.
Cook peaches 3-5 mins per side.
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine ricotta, cinnamon.
Top each peach with an even amount.
Drizzle honey over each peach and top with walnuts.
Remove from grill
