- 2 ounces grilled chicken
- 1 Weight Watchers® Jalapeno Cheddar String cheese sliced into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- 9 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 small avocado sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- pepper to taste
This salad hardly requires instructions since you basically mix all the ingredients in one bowl and plate them! The olive oil, lime juice, and pepper make the simple, zesty dressing. You can also add red onion to this for even more flavor! You get a full belly with so much tongue tantalizing flavor.
