Ingredients

Apple Juice Bundt Cake

  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups butter softened + 1 tablespoon for brushing the pan
  • 6 large eggs room temperature
  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp allspice
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup Juicy Juice 100% Juice Apple Juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Apple Juice Pound Cake

  • Pre-heat oven to 325°F.
  • Grease a bundt pan with melted butter and sprinkle with a little flour.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • Add in eggs 1 at a time.
  • In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Slowly add in the extract and apple juice.
  • Mix and fill greased bundt with batter.
  • Bake for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow cake to completely cool before icing.

Icing

  • Mix all ingredients until thick and creamy. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and then pour over the cake.

How to Freeze Pound Cake
Allow the bundt cake to cool completely before slicing into thin slices.
