Ingredients

Apple Juice Bundt Cake

  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups butter softened + 1 tablespoon for brushing the pan
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup Juicy Juice 100% Juice Apple Juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Apple Juice Icing

  • 2 tablespoons Juicy Juice 100% Juice Apple Juice
  • 2 cups confectioner's sugar

Instructions

Apple Cake

  • Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees f.
  • Grease a bundt pan with melted butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  • Add in eggs 1 at a time.
  • In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  • Slowly add in the extract and apple juice.
  • Mix and fill greased bundt with batter.
  • Bake for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow cake to completely cool before icing.

Icing

  • Mix juice and sugar until thick and creamy. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and then pour over the cake.
