Vanilla Ice cream Made in the Kitchenaid Ice Cream Maker attachment

A delicious icy & creamy vanilla ice cream that you can make at-home in your Kitchenaid with the Ice Cream Maker attachment.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Whisk together your ice cream ingredients until fully incorporated. 
  • Pour mixture into the Kitchenaid Ice Cream Maker (frozen bowl).
  • Add ice cream maker paddle.
  • Churn for up to 30 minutes, or until ice cream is soft serve consistency.

Notes

Make sure all your ingredients are super cold when working with them for best results (light & heavy cream).
