This Monte Cristo Sandwich is griddled to perfection and is the perfect sweet and savory breakfast sandwich loaded with sweet sliced ham and melted American cheese.

- 2 Thomas' Original Nooks and Crannies English Muffins
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 lb. sweet slice ham
- 4 oz American cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
In a medium bowl, add cracked eggs, milk and vanilla; mix until combined.
Add your butter to your griddle and heat until melted.
Split the Thomas’ English Muffins with a
fork and then dip them into the custard batter and the place on the griddle at

Add ham to the bottom portion of the English muffin, and top with cheese.
Griddle sandwich for an additional 2-3 minutes over lower heat until cheese is melted.
