- 24 ounces Potato, Broccoli, and Cheddar Veggie Taters™
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken meat
- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese blend
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp dry ranch packet
- 1/2 cup yellow cheddar freshly grated
Cook both boxes of Veggie Taters™ according to the package instructions.
As they are cooking, add shredded chicken, soup, sour cream, ranch, and 1 cup of mixed cheese to a large bowl.
Mix thoroughly.
Once Veggie Taters™ are done, reduce oven temp to 350 degrees f.
Line half the Veggie Taters™ on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Add chicken mixture and spread.
Top mixture with remaining Veggie Taters™ and grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, and serve warm.
