Ingredients

  • 6 oz tuna drained
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz macaroni pasta
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 medium cucumber diced
  • 8 oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 16 oz green peas canned, drain water
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Dice cucumber into small piece and half your cherry tomatoes.
  • Boil macaroni pasta until al dente. When it is done, run the pasta through cold water; drain.
  • Add pasta, peas, cucumbers, and tomatoes to bowl.
  • Add mayo, salt, pepper, cheese, and lemon juice.
  • Add drained tuna fish to the bowl.
  • Mix all together until creamy, cover, and then place it in the fridge to chill for at lest 2 hours.
  • Serve with a side of bread, or alone. This also is perfect for lunch box meals because it requires no microwave.
