- 6 oz tuna drained
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 oz macaroni pasta
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 medium cucumber diced
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes halved
- 16 oz green peas canned, drain water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Dice cucumber into small piece and half your cherry tomatoes.
Boil macaroni pasta until al dente. When it is done, run the pasta through cold water; drain.
Add pasta, peas, cucumbers, and tomatoes to bowl.
Add mayo, salt, pepper, cheese, and lemon juice.
Add drained tuna fish to the bowl.
Mix all together until creamy, cover, and then place it in the fridge to chill for at lest 2 hours.
Serve with a side of bread, or alone. This also is perfect for lunch box meals because it requires no microwave.
