  • Cast Iron large skillet

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces Manwich Original
  • 15 ounces Manwich Thick & Chunky
  • 16 ounces elbows pasta
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 lb boneless chicken cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • parsley to taste

Instructions

  • In a cast iron skillet, add olive oil, spiced chicken, and 1 onion. Cook chicken until clear juices run free (165 degree internal temp.)
  • Boil pasta until al dente.
  • Once pasta is boiled, drain water and add pasta to the skillet with the chicken.
  • Add Manwich sauces and combine fully with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  • Add parsley to taste, and enjoy your Manwich Monday meal.
  • You can use cheddar cheese, or really any cheese you have on hand-the cheesier, the better!

You can also swap the chicken with ground beef.
