Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, powder, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream your sugar, and cream cheese.
Add in your eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and combine.
Place the mashed bananas into the mixture, and mix well.
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl.
Pour thick batter evenly into your bundt cake pan, and bake for 50 minutes. Cake top will be firm, but springy. Test center of cake with a toothpick to test doneness. It should come out clean.
Allow cake to completely cool before removing it from the pan, and sprinkling with powdered sugar.
