- 2 lbs raw shrimp *any size, de-veined, and peeled
- 2 tbsps. unsalted butter
- 2 tbsps. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. ginger freshly grated
- 4 cloves fresh garlic mashed
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 1 whole lime quartered for serving. *optional
Peel, de-vein, rinse, and pat dry your shrimp
In a skillet, heat butter, and then add mashed garlic, and ginger to saute until slightly golden brown and fragrant. In a bowl, add dry spices to shrimp and toss.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is slightly seared a golden brown and liquid is mostly gone.
Serve shrimp with fresh cilantro and lime wedge over rice.
