A sweet and tangy pasta salad that is loaded with delicious flavor. The pineapple, ham, and cheddar cubes pair so perfectly together making for a scrumptious cold pasta salad.

Ingredients

ham steak

farfalle pasta
cooked al dente & rinsed

cup
shredded carrots

whole
green onion bunches
9 individual stalks, chopped

pineapple chunks
drain and reserve juice

red onion
diced
Dressing

garlic powder

apple cider vinegar

Dijon mustard

ground black pepper

sour cream

mayonnaise

pineapple juice
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add ham, cheese, pineapple chunks, carrots, green and red onion to a large bowl.
In another small bowl, whisk the garlic powder, vinegar, mustard, pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise, and pineapple juice until creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad, and mix to combine.
Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Enjoy!
