Easy Air Fryer Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 30 white mushrooms clean, dry, remove stems.
  • 2 tablesoons butter melted
  • cup green onion chopped
  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat shredded
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • cup grated parmesan
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove fresh garlic minced
  • tablespoons parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
  • Wash and carefully pat dry the mushrooms. Remove the stems and any excess gills inside.
  • In a large bowl, add ALL the stuffing ingredients. Using a small tablespoon sized scoop, stuff each mushroom cap with filling.
  • Add mushrooms in a single layer to an air fryer basket sprayed with nonstick spray. Be sure to not overlap the mushrooms. You may have to do multiple batches depending on your basket size.
  • Air fry for 8-9 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown.
  • Enjoy mushrooms warm!

Baking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix all the crabmeat stuffing ingredients.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender, and stuffing is golden brown.
