- 30 white mushrooms clean, dry, remove stems.
- 2 tablesoons butter melted
- ⅔ cup green onion chopped
- 8 ounces imitation crab meat shredded
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- ⅔ cup grated parmesan
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 clove fresh garlic minced
- 1½ tablespoons parsley chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
Wash and carefully pat dry the mushrooms. Remove the stems and any excess gills inside.
In a large bowl, add ALL the stuffing ingredients. Using a small tablespoon sized scoop, stuff each mushroom cap with filling.
Add mushrooms in a single layer to an air fryer basket sprayed with nonstick spray. Be sure to not overlap the mushrooms. You may have to do multiple batches depending on your basket size.
Air fry for 8-9 minutes or until mushrooms are golden brown.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix all the crabmeat stuffing ingredients.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
