Equipment

  • Oven adjusted to the center rack position
  • large baking sheet
  • parchment paper
  • cookie scoop
  • Fork
  • Mixing bowl
  • measuring cup
  • wooden spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter *chunky or creamy
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips *optional, melted
  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix all three ingredients with a wooden spoon.
  • Spoon (or use a cookie scooper) to form small golf-ball sized balls of dough.
  • Using a fork, gently press down cookies, and form cross hatch using a fork on each ball.
  • Bake them for 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
  • Allow them to fully cool, and enjoy you super easy three ingredient peanut butter cookies!
