Ingredients

cup
peanut butter
*chunky or creamy
1
cup
granulated sugar
1
large
egg
½
cup
white chocolate chips
*optional, melted

tablespoons
holiday sprinkles
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 350° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all three ingredients with a wooden spoon.
Spoon (or use a cookie scooper) to form small golf-ball sized balls of dough.
Using a fork, gently press down cookies, and form cross hatch using a fork on each ball.
Bake them for 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
Allow them to fully cool, and enjoy you super easy three ingredient peanut butter cookies!
