Ham & Cheese Breakfast Crescents are a savory breakfast idea made with crescent dough in a muffin tin. These ham, onion, and cheese breakfast bites will provide an explosion of flavor in your mouth with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cooked onion diced
  • 4 ounces sharp yellow cheddar cubed
  • 3 tablespoons diced ham precooked
  • 3 whole eggs scrambled
  • 8 ounces crescent dough (1 package)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease your muffin tin.
  • Add your crescent dough to 8 muffin tin slots.
  • Add an even amount of scrambled eggs to each crescent triangle.
  • Add an even amount of onion to each, and then repeat with the ham.
  • Add a chunk or two of cheddar to each crescent.
  • Wrap up corners of the crescent to form a ball. They do not have to be fully covered. The muffin tin will help them keep their shape.
  • Bake at 350 for 12-13 mins or until golden brown.
  • Serve Warm.

Notes

You can easily increase the recipe size if you want to make 16 brunch crescents. Just double the ingredients.
