Fruit Pizza Pancakes & a Yummy Grape Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Frozen Pancakes *You can also make your own, but I wanted a time-saver
  • 1/4 cup red raspberries washed
  • 1/4 cup green grapes cut into 3 slices each, *carefully
  • 1/4 cup blueberries washed
  • 1 whole medium orange peeled, and wedged
  • 1 whole nectarine washed, cored, and sliced thin *carefully
  • 1/2 cup vanilla bean Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut I used sweetened

Grape Smoothie

  • 1 whole Juicy Juice Grape Juice Box
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries washed
  • 1/4 cup green grapes washed, remove vine
  • 1/2 cup vanilla bean Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Fruit Pizza Pancakes

  • Cook/Prepare pancakes. Evenly spread yogurt over each Add fruit pieces in the ROYGBIV rainbow pattern. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve.

Grape Smoothie

  • In a blender, add the ice, yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit. Blend on smoothie mode or until fully mixed. Pour into cups (makes two large glasses or 4 small cups) and add a straw Enjoy!
