  • 2 boxes Gorton's Simply Bake Shrimp Scampi Cook according to box instructions
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 4 whole plum tomatoes diced
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 package Linguine cooked al dente

  • Cook Gorton's Simply Bake Shrimp according to box instructions in oven. Boil pasta water and cook pasta until al dente When the shrimp has just about 5 minutes left to bake, add garlic, and olive oil to a large skillet and cook for 1-2 mins over medium heat until fragrant. Add in diced tomato, and spinach and cook for 2 minutes on low heat. Once shrimp is done, carefully open each bag and add the contents to the skillet, stir over low heat for 2 minutes. Strain pasta, and then either add to the large skillet, and mix, or plate pasta and serve scampi over each portion. Enjoy with garlic or crusty bread!
