10-Minute Leftover Corned Beef Baked Wontons with Zesty Horseradish
Use up leftover corned beef brisket to make these melt in your mouth, zesty, and crunchy wontons! Perfect for small amounts of corned beef.
Servings: 12 cups
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 lb leftover corned beef *optional, substitute leftovers for deli corned beef.
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- Reese Capers to flavor
- Reese Horseradish to flavor
- olive oil cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 12 count muffin tin with double wontons wrappers.
Do this by inserting one, and then another over it and tucked in.
Fill each up with a small portion of corned beef
Add Swiss cheese to each
Sprinkle a few Reese Capers on and bake for 7 mins, or until cheese is melted and wontons are golden brown on the edges.
Add a small amount of Reese Horseradish to each before serving.
