Keto Whipped Cream Strawberry Dessert

This keto-friendly dessert is so luxurious you will think you are cheating! With less than 3 net carbs, these keto whipped cream & strawberry desserts are sure to please!

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 strawberries You can cut them however you choose
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar-free chocolate dusting
  • 1 stevia packet


  • Add heavy whipping cream to a cold bowl with stevia and whip on high for about 3 minutes or until firm peaks form. 
  • Cut berries how you please and add them to a glass. You can either decorate the glass with them, chop them, or simply sprinkle them on top of the cream.
  • Put whipped cream in a piping bag.
  • Pipe into two dessert glasses. 
  • Dust with chocolate and serve.


If you are not serving these right away they will keep for a few 24 hours in the fridge. I recommend using Press n' Seal to cover each one tightly. They must be stored in the fridge.
