Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
This strawberry ice cream recipe is made without eggs and is some of the creamiest, most tastiest ice cream you can make at home using an ice cream maker.

- 2 cups strawberries wash, dry, hull, chop
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Make sure your ice cream maker bowl is frozen for at least 24 hours before use.
Add chopped strawberries to a large glass mixing bowl.
Add in sugar and lemon juice and mix. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Add in milk & heavy cream. Add in vanilla bean paste and mix thoroughly.
Gently mash berries using a hand masher.
Pour mixture into your ice cream maker.
Keep speed on low for at least 20 minutes (may take longer) for soft serve consistency.
Pour slightly frozen batter into an ice cream container or loaf pan. Cover thoroughly.
Allow mixture to fully freeze for 6-9 hours before enjoying.
