Line one large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, add cream cheese, extract, sugar, lemon juice and combine well; set aside.
On a cutting board, unwrap your crescent dough tube and slice the dough into 8 equal discs.
Place discs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and gently press them down to spread them into large discs. You will want a slight depression in each for the filling.
Add one heaping teaspoon of sweet cream cheese filling to each.
For the blackberry filling, gentle smash the berries using the back of a fork until smushed. Add sugar, and combine.
Add one teaspoon of blackberry filling on top of the cream cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes on the center rack.
While they are baking, mix the powdered sugar and milk until thick and creamy.
Once danish are done, cool for 5 minutes and then ice them.
To ice, dip a fork into the sugar icing and swizzle on top of each danish.
Enjoy the same day for best taste!
