Chicken Tostadas (Kid Friendly Recipe)
Chicken Tostadas made with chicken nuggets are a kid-friendly meal or snack idea that can be ready pretty quickly. Made with child-friendly ingredients, these are a hit with the kids and adults alike.
Servings: 6 tostadas
- 6 mini flour tortillas
- 18 Tyson® Chicken Nuggets cooked
- 6 tbsps honey mustard dressing
- 1/2 cup lettuce shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook Tyson® Chicken Nuggets according to the directions. Set aside once done.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F.
Add parchment paper to a large baking sheet.
Place mini tortillas on the sheet.
Bake for 3 minutes on one side and remove from oven.
Spread honey mustard on each, chopped nuggets and cheese.
Bake for 4-5 minutes or until cheese is melty.
Top with shredded lettuce and tomato-enjoy warm!
These are best eaten right away.
