Ingredients

Crispy Chicken Wings

  • 3 lbs chicken wings Fresh wings/wingettes work best
  • 2 tbsps cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt

Honey Sriracha Wing Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup sriracha
  • 1 tbsps seasoned rice vinegar

Instructions

Chicken Wings

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Whisk cornstarch and spices.
  • Brush wings with melted butter evenly. 
  • Dip wings in cornstarch and spice mix. 
  • Carefully line wings on baking sheet.  
  • Bake for 50 minutes total, turning wings at the 25 minute mark.

Honey Sriracha Wing Sauce

  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients together & coat wings once they are done baking.
  • Enjoy warm!
