Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. 
  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. 
  • Add in salt, extract, pumpkin, and egg and beat until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder & soda.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. (batter is on the wetter side).
  • Form 2 tablespoons worth of dough on a parchment lined sheet, at least 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.
