- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars.
Add in salt, extract, pumpkin, and egg and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder & soda.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. (batter is on the wetter side).
Form 2 tablespoons worth of dough on a parchment lined sheet, at least 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.
