  • shaker bottle


  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk can use regular or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 ounce Torani Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Syrup
  • 4 Vanilla wafers sugar free, crushed


  • Crush vanilla wafers until they form fine crumbs. Place crumbs in a shallow bowl.
  • Rub martini glass rim with a small amount of Torani Pumpkin Pie Sugar Free Syrup.

  • Dip glass rim into crushed vanilla wafer crumbs.
  • Add your ice cubes, vodka, almond milk, syrup, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice to a shaker bottle.  
  •  Shake for 10 seconds until all liquids are mixed. Your drink will have a light orange color. 
  • Pour strained liquid into your martini glass.
