- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 egg large
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can RO*TEL Original
- 18 oz Strawberry Jam
In a large bowl, add your ground turkey, spices, and egg.
Using clean hands, combine meat and spices evenly.
Form tablespoon sized balls.
If you want a crisper outer, bake meatballs for 15 minutes at 350 degrees f.
Add meatballs, RO*TEL, and Strawberry preserved to the slow cooker, and set the time for 4 hours.
Stir occasionally, serve warm.
