- 15 ounces Manwich Original
- 15 ounces Manwich Thick & Chunky
- 16 ounces elbows pasta
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 lb boneless chicken cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- parsley to taste
In a cast iron skillet, add olive oil, spiced chicken, and 1 onion. Cook chicken until clear juices run free (165 degree internal temp.)
Boil pasta until al dente.
Once pasta is boiled, drain water and add pasta to the skillet with the chicken.
Add Manwich sauces and combine fully with a spoon.
Sprinkle with cheese, and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Add parsley to taste, and enjoy your Manwich Monday meal.
You can use cheddar cheese, or really any cheese you have on hand-the cheesier, the better!
