  • Bundt Pan


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 bananas ripe, mashed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, powder, and salt; set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream your sugar, and cream cheese.
  • Add in your eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and combine.
  • Place the mashed bananas into the mixture, and mix well.
  • Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl.
  • Pour thick batter evenly into your bundt cake pan, and bake for 50 minutes. Cake top will be firm, but springy. Test center of cake with a toothpick to test doneness. It should come out clean.
  • Allow cake to completely cool before removing it from the pan, and sprinkling with powdered sugar.
