Chourico & Chips Grinder

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces McCain® Quick Cook Straight Cut French Fried Potatoes 1 bag
  • pounds Chourico sliced into ½" coins.
  • 8 large grinder rolls

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake 10-13 minutes. Once done, set aside.
  • Add sausage coins to a large skillet, and cook for 5-8 minutes over medium-low heat. You want the sausage coins to have a slightly crisp edge. Once done, set aside.
  • Slice rolls ½ way down the middle and stuff each equally with fries and Chourico. Serve immediately.
