This spin on a classic, is reimagined with sugar-free ingredients, and Torani® Puremade Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Syrup. It tastes so delicious and is really simple to whip up for a fall dessert with less guilt.

In the bowl of a stand mixer (fitted with the paddle attachment), add the ice cream, cookies, pumpkin spice, and Torani® Puremade Zero Sugar Pumpkin Spice Syrup.
Lock the bowl into place, lock the machine, and turn the speed to medium. You want the ice cream to just be blended into a soft serve consistency.
Remove the ice cream from the bowl, and scoop into a glass. Top with whipped topping and additional pumpkin spice, or cookie crumbs. Enjoy with a long spoon.
