Milk Chocolate Raisin & Peanut Clusters

Chewy raisins and dry roasted peanuts are enveloped in milk chocolate. This holiday or special occasion candy treat comes together in just ten minutes! The taste is reminiscent of the iconic Chunky Candy Bar.

  • Refrigerator

  • medium cookie scooper

  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups dry salted peanuts
  • 16 ounces milk chocolate morsels


  • Place the chocolate morsels in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. The chocolate will barely be melted. Put the bowl back into the microwave and microwave for another 30 seconds. This time, the chocolate will be melted on the bottom and the bowl will be warm. Use a spoon to stir and place the chocolate back into the microwave.
  • Microwave for 15 seconds and then stir until all chocolate is creamy. You should only need one additional 10-15 second blast. You do not want to go any longer because that will burn the chocolate.
  • Once chocolate is creamy, pour your raisins and peanuts into the melted chocolate and stir.
  • Use a small ice cream scooper or 2 tablespoon size cookie scooper to form clusters.
  • Place clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Store candy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
