Ingredients

  • 16 ounces small pasta shells
  • 8 ounces immitation crab meat *flake style
  • ½ teaspoon salt *for boiling water
  • 15 ounces Creamy Italian Dressing * We used WishBone variety
  • ¾ cup green pepper diced
  • ½ cup celery diced
  • ½ cup carrots shredded
  • 1 medium white onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • ½ cup mayonaisse
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside to cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, imitation crab meat, celery, onion, bell pepper, shredded carrots, and fresh parsley.
  • Pour in the creamy Italian dressing, mayonaisse, and sprinkle on the spices.
  • Using a wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours.
