⅛teaspoonred pepper flakes
¼cupcurley parsley for carrot "tops"
Instructions
On your cutting board, slice the orange bell peppers into wide, flat vertical planks. Lay the planks skin-side up and use your 1.75" mini carrot cutter to punch out as many pepper carrots as possible (aim for 2–3 per toast slice).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sliced green onions, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Use a spoon to mix until fluffy and well-combined.
Place the New York Bakery® Texas Toast slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do two batches). Air fry at 325°F for 7-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is toasted.
Using a spoon or offset spatula, spread a generous layer of the zesty cream cheese mixture over each slice of warm garlic toast.
Place 2 or 3 pepper carrots onto the cream cheese. Take a tiny sprig of curly parsley and use the tip of your knife or a finger to "tuck" it into the top of each pepper carrot.
