How to Redeem Box Tops
To help your local school earn money, simply download the Box Tops for Education app on your phone.
Then, create an account which allows you to select a school in your area you would like to help out.
Purchase participating General Mills products at stores like Walmart.
Once you get home, open the app, lay your receipt down flat in a well-lit area, and scan with your phone.
This neat, and intelligent app will read the date of purchase, and qualifying items and credit your account.
I was able to earn our school almost $1 with very little effort.

Baked Chicken Tacos Ingredients
I always have a few boxes of Old El Paso Hard Taco Shells or Kits on-hand. That is what inspired me to share this super easy Chicken Taco Bake with you all. It is a perfect meal for busy weeknights and features simple, easy to find ingredients.
- 2 Old El Paso™ Taco Dinner Kit, Hard and Soft Shell (11.4 oz) (use the hard shells and reserve the soft taco packs, and extra spice/sauce for another night)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup red onion chopped
- 1 lb white meat chicken
- 1 packet of Old El Paso™ Taco seasoning (in kit)
- 1 packet of Old El Paso™ Taco Sauce (in kit)
- 1 cup of lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream *optional
Make them
- Cut the chicken into tiny, bite-sized pieces.
- Add the olive oil to a large skillet with the chicken and cook for 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning pack into the skillet and coat the chicken. Pan-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Once done, remove from heat and set aside.
- Line an baking sheet with taco shells. These usually fit 12- 15 comfortably.
- Fill each taco shell with an even amount of chicken, and sprinkle each with red onion and cheese.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped tomato, and lettuce.
- Plate the tacos with sour cream/Greek yogurt and taco sauce.

Easy Baked Chicken Tacos
Equipment
- 13 x 9 baking dish
- large skillet
Ingredients
- 12 Old El Paso™ Taco Dinner Kit, Hard and Soft Shell (11.4 oz) (use the hard shells and reserve the soft taco packs, and extra spice/sauce for another night)
- 1 lb white chicken meat cubed
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 packet Taco Sauce
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream *can use Greek yogurt too, optional.
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into tiny, bite-sized pieces.
- Add the olive oil to a large skillet with the chicken and cook for 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning pack into the skillet and coat the chicken.

We make something very similar when we have a limited amount of time for dinner. They are always a hit.
Those tacos look really delicious. We always use ground beef but chicken also sounds like a tasty alternative. Oh and the cheese! Got to have lots and lots of cheese on our tacos. I am saving your recipe and making this soon.
I have never baked tacos before. Sounds easy and looks like a winning meal for the kids!
