Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches
Are you ever in a pickle and need to whip up a quick snack that makes it appear you have spent hours in the kitchen? If so, these Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches are perfect! They are easy to make and feature both RITZ Crackers and Peter Pan® Peanut Butter plus some candy melts.
Everyone knows that chocolate and peanut butter are the perfect marriage of flavors–this was my RITZpiration. Add in a buttery and crispy element (RITZ Crackers) and you have the ideal snack.
As a blogger who seemingly always has my pantry stocked with RITZ Crackers, peanut butter, and candy melts, I could whip up these Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches on a whim. How? Well, they literally only take about 10 minutes to make 18 complete sandwiches.
Now that the warmer weather is on its way, my kids will likely be having many impromptu play dates. Thankfully, their friends are allergy-free so they can each enjoy these peanut butter and chocolate treats.
I love having RITZ Crackers on hand because they are such a snack staple in my home. Just last week, my kids enjoyed them with cheddar cheese each day after school. The possibilities of RITZpiration are endless.

These look absolutely delicious!! Unlike you, I despise cooking, which is crazy, because I love being creative, but when it comes to cooking, something about ingredients and me don’t get along. LOL. But I love that these are easy for even the most non-kitchen-oriented person and they don’t take much time! YUUUMM! #client
