Parmesan Chicken & Broccoli Bake
A creamy and flavorful recipe made with Campbell’s Creamy Parmesan Skillet Sauce.
Ever feel like you are pressed for time, but want to impress your family with a tasty, hearty meal? As a busy mom to three children, I feel this way a little often lately. I think the warmer temperatures are getting to me because I kind of just want to be out and about. Sometimes I wish a magical fairy would visit and help me discover dinner ideas that have quick prep times!
Wishful thinking?
Not really!
I recently discovered that there is a product from Campbell’s called Skillet Sauces that can easily simplify your meals without sacrificing time and taste.
With 7 delicious varieties to choose from, these dinner sauces are amazing! I found them conveniently displayed in the pasta aisle at my local local Stop and Shop.
After a few minutes of brainstorming, the Creamy Parmesan Chicken really appealed to me so I went with that dinner sauce. I figured a Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Broccoli Bake would be the perfect Saturday meal after a hard days work.
Since it was a beautiful, sunny Saturday, the last thing I wanted to do was be stranded in the house! I was doing yard work, crafting, and enjoying the first warm day of spring.
I figured I could sacrifice 20 minutes in the kitchen to produce a tasty meal for my family. It was not like I actually had to make my Parmesan cream sauce from scratch! My Creamy Parmesan Chicken & Broccoli Bake was so easy to make because I really just needed to cook the chicken breast in my large skillet, and quickly steam some broccoli.
To make my meal hearty I also boiled some pasta for the bake. You really can simply make a one skillet type meal, but I wanted something that would stretch for into meals; hence the pasta.
When I added the Creamy Parmesan Chicken Campbell’s Skillet Sauce to my pan, my home was immediately filled with a delicious scent. You would have thought I was slaving in the kitchen, mincing garlic, melting butter, and such from scratch, but I wasn’t!
I loved how easy the Skillet Sauce made my job, and the best part was the flavor! The final dish was so good that I was glad I decided to make a large bake!
A score for mom!
