Are you a shrimp fanatic like myself? Honestly, ever since I can remember I have always always loved this versatile seafood. Shrimp was a staple in Portuguese cooking so my family would always incorporate this protein into many cultural dishes. As a I grew older, I found that two of my favorite styles of shrimp were popcorn and coconut shrimp. They were the perfect two varieties to also create my Easy Coconut Shrimp Wontons with.
Since I have never really mastered the whole popcorn shrimp recipe myself, The SeaPak® brand has been one that I frequently buy for my family to enjoy. They have many varieties of breaded shrimp products like Popcorn Shrimp, as well as Coconut Shrimp in Party Size which is perfect for our family. Many people might be surprised, but you can find these high-quality shrimp products in the frozen section of Walmart.
SeaPak® truly does make enjoying tasty, and delicious shrimp so convenient. Plus, their Popcorn Shrimp is so ideal for making one of my family’s favorite foods- Easy Coconut Shrimp Wontons. These can be paired with a tasty vegetable and made into a kid-friendly meal, or eaten as a snack. We love them both ways because they are just so easy to prepare, and surprisingly re-heat.
Are you drooling yet? I know my tummy is rumbling again as I type this out because these pictures are making me super hungry!

Out of all the frozen shrimp products on the market, SeaPac is the most disappointing I’ve ever had. All breading to hide very small shrimp.

what country are they raised and harvested in?
