Fruit Pizza Pancakes & a Yummy Grape Smoothie Your Kids Will Love
We are Juicy Juice Ambassadors. All yummy views expressed are our own. #FlavorfulFun
Getting my kids to eat wholesome foods can be a tough task. They have developed into such picky eaters that I often find myself at my wits ends when it comes to meals. Thankfully, one food group that they do love is the fruit one.
I swear these little ones could eat fruit any day, all day. I often find myself getting funny stares at the market when I fill my cart with multiple bunches of bananas, and bags of apples.
The truth is, my kids, go through a pound of fruit each, a day! Our three especially love their morning cup or box of juice. I guess you could say being a Juicy Juice Ambassador is perfect in this house.
My three LOVE their grape and apple juice products and have since toddlers.
As a mom, I am totally ok with this too! That is because Juicy Juice is made with 100% juice and no added sugars. We try our hardest to limit unnatural sugar in this house so it totally works! Don’t get me wrong, my kids love their cookies, but I like their diets to be well-rounded. These Fruit Pizza Pancakes & Yummy Grape Smoothie recipes help to meet the nutritional mark!
Guess what today also marks? The start of the Juicy Juice Flavorful Fun campaign! How many of you foodies know Jeff Mauro from The Kitchen? Man, do I love this show! Over the last year, my husband and I have been making morning smoothies a habit. They are a great way to pack in lots of nutrients in a cup. My kids, of course, showed great interest, so we started to make them one as well.
They were not loving every combination we came up with–including the spinach mint one, BUT the Yummy Grape Smoothie proved to be a winner.
The best part? It is easy, and affordable since you can stretch the fruit over a week. Five bananas, one pint of blueberries and about a pound of grapes goes a long way!
Just add some vanilla bean Greek yogurt, and some ice for the perfect morning treat.
But, if smoothies are not your jam, and you rather eat your calories, these Fruit Pizza Pancakes are perfection!
Paired with a Juicy Juice 100% Grape Juice box, or glass of their 100% Cherry Juice, and you have a well-balanced meal.
I have been really digging frozen pancakes lately because they are all uniform in size.
I quickly heat up a few for the kids in the morning, smear them with some yogurt and top them with fruit.
While syrup is fun, there is no need to add any when you incorporate fresh fruit in. My 3 LOVE these Mini Fruit Pizza Pancakes and requested them for EVERY meal. —-Not so fast kids…haha!

It is so great to have all that fresh fruit to start the day. With winter here we tend to get bananas but miss the berries. I will try one of those smoothies on a quiet morning.
