I make grapenut pudding all the time in a casserole dish. I have never soaked the grapenuts in water but would like to try it. How much water do you use to soak them in and for how long?
Amy says
Hello, thank you for stopping by. You fill the measuring cup with cup of cereal and then just add water to the cup. You dont want to overflow the cup, but you want the cereal to moisten.

I need to watch my sugar and fat intakes. Could this recipe be modified by using Splenda and 2% milk? Thank you
Amy says
Hello,
You can use these items, but I am not sure of the swap measurement for Splenda. You would have to look into that. They milk % would work though.
