Healthy Green Fruits Smoothie
I feel super revitalized when I eat wholesome food concoctions like this. It is almost like a thicker juice that has the perfect blend of fresh flavors. I threw in some cucumber (not pictured), kiwi, green apple, Bartlett pear, and spinach. I love adding baby spinach to my smoothies because you cannot even taste it!
If you don’t like spinach, no worries because when mixed with fruits it becomes tasteless. Get that iron, zinc, and protein to name a few with this blend.
Out of all the flavors, I think the kiwi stands out the most in this blend. You could use apple juice as the liquid, but I decided to use one cup of water and a few ice cubes which worked out perfectly and less caloric.
The best part of this Healthy Green Fruits Smoothie is that my kids have no idea just how vitamin-rich it is! They are picky little buggers and would never touch spinach alone.
I left the peels on all the fruits which I washed carefully to get the most nutrition. Buying organic is a great choice because there then you do not have to worry about harmful pesticides residue.
This recipe makes two 12 ounce smoothies. If you want to make enough for the week, just multiply the fruit by each day of consumption.

Love the color of this! Would be a great drink to have by the pool on a hot day. Now if only winter were over and it was a hot day. Soon… soon.
Okay you have me wanting to try this–I’ve been apprehensive to try a green fruit smoothie because I haven’t be able to get past the color green for a smoothie (reminds me of slime since I’m a 90s kid growing up on Nickelodeon), but now I totally want to try this! It sounds delicious!
I suck at making smoothies. They never turn out like your photos. Mine are always too runny!
This actually looks delicious! I’m going to make to and call it a Shamrock Shake, so my kids will drink this rather than the one from the big M.
This is such a great smoothie- packed with all the best vitamins!!!
Now this is one nutrient packed smoothie! It’s amazing how you can add so many different flavors together and they combo so perfectly I can’t wait to try this out. :)
